• Add ONLY_ARM64 env variable to makefiles that only builds arm64 and arm64e targeting iOS14 onwards. This allows us to build the rootful version on modern Xcode toolchains.

• Fixes to enable building non-rootless versions too. Untested as it needs older Xcode toolchain but it should work as before.
