Can the cMenu move with the mouse?

One can imagine a hovering version of cMenu where the menu unfold by the mouse only when a text is selected, and the users can handily and quickly interact with the text. This tool can further boost productivity. Would this proposal possible?

However, it is not in English, which makes it difficult to use. Maybe someone can look and see what they changed to enable that?

@ClandestineClout Thanks! It is a plugin written in Chinese... Maybe I'll enhance and issue an English version.

That would be great! If you figure out a way to "pin" it somewhere and make it draggable while you're at it that would be super. Although I realize that may be an entirely different story altogether.
