How to align by comma? #129

I tried the following config to align by comma / ,

	"betterAlign.surroundSpace" : {
		"comma"      : [1, 1],
		"colon"      : [0, 1], 
		"assignment" : [1, 1], 
		"arrow"      : [1, 1], 
		"comment"    : 2       
	},

...but it's not working on the following code:

    parser.add_argument("--a", required=True, type=str)
    parser.add_argument("--bb", nargs=4, required=True, type=float)

May I ask if I missed anything important here?
