+Jekyll static site for Code4Lib.org

+The old Drupal 7 site was imported into Jekyll, with some minor cleanup. You can contribute here or build the Jekyll site locally.

+Please make a Pull Request for any changes, referencing any Issue(s) addressed.

+### Deployment

+The static site is deployed to a webserver, currently this is a manual process, Slack or email Ryan Wick.
