Coder Tasks with notes / descriptions

This came from a customer:

Feature Request: We really need notes for Workspaces/Tasks. I want to be able to add something to a workspace that reminds me what it was doing. Like "iterating on PR-12345". I have 10-12 workspaces up at a time. It was much easier with Workspaces, because I could name them something useful each time. But Tasks don't have the same luxury.
