I do not understand what the issue is I am afraid...
Pressing "s" will save the playlist, if it is modified.
If it is not modified, the message you get will be displayed for a second or so...

Can you please explain what you wanted to do, what you have expected to happen, etc?

i expected this screen..
but then , at some point, this screen started showing up. i have no idea what i did wrong.
i am just trying to search korean radio channel..

In order to get to the RadioBrowser Search screen, you first have to get into RadioBrowser.
From the main window (playlist "stations" loaded and displayed) you have to press O (capital omicron - shift-o) to get there.
Then s will open the search screen
