can you pass all the way from tool_use_agent endpoint to the ToolAgentProperties a bool called: isDevtoolsContext and make sure to update the flow and pass the isDevtoolscontext through out the flow from the endpoint to the properties so I can use it to modify the system prompt later on (if you could add a todo! method for this in tool_use_agent.rs that would be great
use cargo check to make sure your code can compile
