Proposal summary

I wish I could see my code from Opik - to see how did I generate that trace.

I was thinking that, as free text comments on spans and traces will be supported soon, maybe there could be a way to autolog code there, for example when you decorate a function

Motivation

Easier understanding on how the LLM-based Application is being tracked
