[FR]: CSV Exports from the UI when Comparing Experiments

I'd like to be able to export this table on the Compare Experiments view:

Motivation

Many existing pages already let you download the displayed table. Being able to export data and share it in your org is critical. I imagine since this is already done in several places in the UI, it should be straightforward to add this feature. Thanks!
