Apply basic covariate correction to factor analysis, clinical groups and classification

Adapt Commands to apply covariate corrections
Apply covariate correction to features before training model
Ensure covariate correction of features is applied to features when predicting
Apply covariate correction to deltas before factor analysis
Apply covariate correction to clinical and classification
Show p-values in factor analysis and features_vs_age.
Show correlation of factors with deltas (adapt features_vs_age)
Save each command type in a different folder in AgeML
