Besides reporting on tech stacks used in a given repository / directory as outlined in #101, it would often be useful to know that a host is running a given server or database, as this information is often not visible at the source code level. For instance, a docker container could have an nginx server running and its conf could be found under /etc, but the actual application code would not have hints that it is indeed nginx and not apache used. This information, however, is useful for scanning tools like the Zap scanner, so that they can prioritize their analyses.
