CURLINFO_EFFECTIVE_METHOD page not found #69

404 on https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/CURLINFO_EFFECTIVE_METHOD.html

I was unable to build curl-www to investigate due to some problems.

I fixed it. The problem is that when we add new libcurl options they're not detected automatically by the makefile on the site so I need to rerun cd libcurl/c && perl mkopts.pl manually to make the HTML get generated...

Ok. After your changes in 583f30a I am able to build successfully and the CURLINFO_EFFECTIVE_METHOD page is generated. mkopts could be set to run always. I don't see a better way around that via make script since the files have to be updated from the source repo via perl script.
