Fix rebasing discount calculation on stETH pool revenue #44

stETH pool is showing much more revenue than it actually generates:

The most likely cause is that the rebasing contract has changed (already happened with Lido v2 a few months ago).
Need to check new way to calculate rebase and update subgraph.
