This actually looks much less possible because there's a three month lag. Maybe possible to use lobbying as an outcome to use in training an "interestingness" model.
we don't quite have enough detail right now from the lobbying disclosure data to make explicit links from Lobbyists to bills or alders, but we could make the request to the City Ethics Board to require that level of detail.
Now that we have legislative lobbying data coming in now, it would be great to link that to bill pages where we can.
