Now that we have legislative lobbying data coming in now, it would be great to link that to bill pages where we can.

Until the data improves, this often won't be possible, and it looks like this will have to be a kind of manual process. Still, I think I would be into doing it at least for the non land use stuff.

could use this as an "interestingess" signal

This actually looks much less possible because there's a three month lag. Maybe possible to use lobbying as an outcome to use in training an "interestingness" model.

we don't quite have enough detail right now from the lobbying disclosure data to make explicit links from Lobbyists to bills or alders, but we could make the request to the City Ethics Board to require that level of detail.
