That data is without copyright. I wrote to them and asked if any of the exceptions were applicable and their 'verksjurist' confirmed, after a longer detailed argumentation of each of the exceptions I proposed, that:
So I have imported a lot of it to Wikidata already. |
FYI: @mattiasaxell status "Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner (SKR)" dataset Kontaktuppgifter till kommunerna 2020 did I email the person responsible for the dataset about the license and this was just a test see email answer feels like they are not so interested in sharing this data... My question was |
@mattiasaxell I used OpenRefine and matched your file with Wikidata see new file with extra fields

@mattiasaxell @salgo60 I did some maintenance recently in data/se.csv in order to make it pass data package and schema validation. You might or might not want to take that into consideration if you're going to do a PR. |
Thanks @salgo60! And @augusto-herrmann - thanks, nice of you! Can we harmonize this with the #78 mentioned in #119 and #34? A proposal from me is to do the following:

Hi @mattiasaxell. I found this list of public bodies in Sweden on the website handligar.se. The API page has a link to a CSV file with a list of all authorities. |
Hi @augusto-herrmann opening a new issue here about public bodies for Sweden. Currently data can be officially fetched from national authorities registry (unfortunately not open data) and automatically fetch open data from distributions for municipalities and regions.
Maybe the publishers could be open to collaborate on an open source specification which I suggested in #78 and use the EU core vocabulary to release their data. Additionally it would be great to connect it to Wikidata which I suggest to @salgo60 who asked if we could do such a connection for authorities available at the Swedish platform for FOI requests.
Another important aspect is that, from a legal perspective, are authorities nestled within authorities in Sweden and they are currently not seen in the official data sets linked to above. I do not know how to get that data other than working with the authorities to organizing that data as well and getting it into a specification to help Swedish and international authorities organize and publish this data as truthfully and correctly as possible.
