Allow setting default output file type for generated code

Add an option to the Code Formatting tab of the Preferences dialogue box to determine the default output format of code.

Will need to use logic from the Generate Unit dialogue box to determine which formats are available for certain file types.

This was implemented at least as far back as v3.0.0!!
