CLI as a top level menu item

Please make the reference CLI super visible to viewers. 

I went to the website, then looking at the "reference", then looking at "supporting-tools" then back to the home page scrolling up and down and still couldn't find any reference to any CLI I could install. IIRC I used Google to look out for a CLI.
