For .ltx_tag.ltx_tag_listingline, the 1rem width is too small for 2-digit line numbers in the arXiv HTML view. A small increment that fits 2 digit nums there is 1.3rem, which very narrowly also fits 3 digit numbers. Marking as an issue for now, since this is not directly reproducible on the same article in ar5iv, and likely needs a bit more CSS diagnostics - could be a more subtle interplay between neighboring rule sets.

width:1rem;
