Tyre screech is back to front when using Layout editor

When travelling at high speed and the corner is too tight for the car to go around comfortably, the tyres should screech as you glide outwards. This is a big part of the playability of the original game and is unfortunately not working correctly with the Layout editor, and spoils the game somewhat.

It seems to be back to front. The screech is when you move into the bend (when the corner is easy), rather than when sliding out of it (when the corner is tight). Hopefully an easy fix.
