The topic title returned by annotator not correctly encoded. #17

While trying to parse the results returned by the annotator, I found the title field is not correctly encoded, specifically the non-ascii characters.

Have you checked the configuration of the web server? In my case (Spanish), it was the web server (tomcat) that was causing the problems with accents, etc.

No I didn't use a web server. I was using the Java API.
