When we upload a cad file in a part-template, we should try to convert it. Then on PartMaster creation we should copy the converted files (and the subresources) of its template, in the PartIteration created.

This seems to be a nice feature to add native CAD files in template. It should not be in the attached files list of the template (two upload zones, same as part iteration files upload) because we couldn't know which CAD file to use if the template contains many CAD files
