User Story

As a Content Author, I want to see a language field to filter the relationships so that I can select a language

Acceptance Criteria

1. Create a content type with a relationship.
2. Create content according to the previously created content.
3. Open the filter popover.
4. Use the language field.
5. A dropdown with all available languages should appear.

Note: This card does not include the filter functionality because the endpoint for filtering has not been developed yet.
