Issue with libcgroup and libcgroup-devel #179

Howdy all! I just successfully built MoonRay on Rocky 9 in WSL. All went smoothly, but I did run into one issue I wasn't sure about. The install_packages.sh script includes 4 lines for installing libcgroup and libcgroup-devel. The URLs are wrong on both, but even after fixing that dnf refuses to install the RPMs.

What exactly is libcgroup used for? Is it optional? It seems like everything is working fine without it. Thanks!
