[Spell Design] Bring EigenLayer to Dune Spellbook

This is Bowen from EigenLayer

We plan to add curated, interpreted, denormalized EigenLayer data models on Ethereum to Dune Spellbook, so that Eigenlayer protocol data is easier to use on Dune, enabling analysts, researchers, dune wizards or really just anyone to analyze Eigenlayer onchain data, build reports and dashboard on top

Timeline: Tentatively looking at start the project in mid/late Q1 2025
