Would be great if user could point the stream to specific editor - would be useful for monitoring bots (instead of refreshing RC).

If it is hard to implement/bad idea/already possible with different tool, just tell :-)

I like this idea! Do you have any suggestions for how the functionality could be presented in the UI?

Aside: I kinda feel like the client side JavaScript needs an overhaul in light of all the framework options that are available now. It's a bit of a tangle.

An input form element next to the checkboxes (from the right or left side) stating "User" would do, I think.

After submitting the input by the user the script should check if the user existson selected wikiproject and raise an error if the user does not exist.
