[Ingest Pipelines] Bulk request field in processor form doesn't have any effect

Switching the bulk request field on/off doesn't add any changes to the ingest pipeline. Observed this in versions 8.17+ but it could have been introduced in an earlier 8.x version.

As far as I remember the card is meant to only show the users how bulk or single request works, it's not meant to add anything to the request only to show the users how it can be done through console.
