Calls are not working

Steps to reproduce

1. We go into Element X.
2. Let's go back to the chat with the user.
3. We begin the call.
4. The camera and microphone do not turn on and the interlocutor is not visible.

Outcome

• The connected user is visible.
• The microphone and camera turn on
• The microphone and camera do not turn on
• Only my nickname is visible in the call window with the microphone turned off.
