lsp-treemacs-symbols displayed nothing when using plists

• You may also try reproduce the issue using clean environment using the following command: M-x lsp-start-plain

Bug description

when use plists for for deserialization, nothing display in lsp-treemacs-symbols, and lsp-headline also not show symbols

Steps to reproduce

• Activate plists support as describe here: https://emacs-lsp.github.io/lsp-mode/page/performance/#use-plists-for-deserialization
• Launch "lsp-treemacs-symbols"
• Show nothing

Expected behavior

all works fine without plists
