Without arguments:
Input lisp:

(defun hello
  ()
    (print "Hello World"))

compiles to:

def hello
   print "Hello World" 
end

With arguments
Input lisp:

(defun add
    (x y)
    (+ x y))

Compiles to:

def add(x, y)
  x + y
end
