flatpak and appimage import codes function

fresh install of ente auth on fedora 41.. i've tried both flatpak and appimage with the same issue.

function "Import codes"... = OK
select "2FAS Authenticator" = OK
get the pop up that says "Select 2FAS Authenticator export file" = OK

• noticed a tick mark replacing the right arrow icon... but there is no window opened to select the exported file. = ISSUE
• after a while the tick mark is gone and replaced with the ">" icon again = ISSUE
