Add another option totop of the list of cities in the City Selection Screen
[ Use My Location ]

Ask for permission
If user allows save a value to userdefaults (ie: city="userlocation" instead of "helsinki")
Whenever doing the event api fetching query the location
If permission was revoked show the city selection screen modally at boot ( maybe simply as deleting the userdefaults value so app thinks that there was no choice made so just displays the city selection screen)
