OBS crashes upon closing after a long stream

My OBS runs very well without issues, no crashes or strange oddities. For the past couple of months after installing the "audio-monitor" plugin, the OBS will crash upon closing the application after a stream.

Streaming from 6hrs to 13hrs, I close out all my other applications: Vtube, TITS, MixItUp. After closing them out I then close out OBS and this is when OBS crashes. Below is a log report from the crash. I will also provide my OBS analyze link, too.

Also wanted to mention that OBS never crashes when live or idle, which is why I continue to use the plugin. Have no issues there, only when closing out OBS does this happen. Seems to only happen after OBS has been running a while and then I close out the app the error/crash will occur.
