The default make target for the int fuzzers does not run the int_loop.sh, instead only runs one loop. This behavior is non-inuitive.

There is value in having the default target only run 1 iteration, but there needs to be some documentation on "make" vs "make run" behavior on fuzzers that use the pip_loop.mk setup.
