Rel: openstreetmap/iD#9641

There is growing issue in OSM with old data being left on POIs after they change.

eg https://osm.mapki.com/history/way/106651434 currently has wrong phone, opening_hours, website, fhrs:id and ref.

@mnalis maintains a list of tags that should be removed when a POI closes. It would be awesome to see that integrated into Rapid.

  • I think there should be a clear "this has closed" option that removes the above tags and changes the tags to the disued lifecycle.
  • When changing NSI entry (eg Walmart to Target) the above tags should be removed. (IIRC StreetComplete scores the change in name, to decide if it needs to remove the tags or prompt the user)
