Description

It would be nice to have the ability to set different 4k limits for users vs the regular limits. 4k releases, depending on a number of factors, can be quite large and I would therefore like to offer a smaller number of these requests separate from my more generous regular request limits. I searched and didn't see this already asked for but maybe I missed it.

Desired Behavior

Add two additional fields under the "Users" tab that when you have a 4k sonarr and/or radarr instance added to jellyseer you can set 4k request specific user limits. Just like you can set the regular limits with a numeric field & the option to specify # of days before request counter resets.
