Bug: constant crashes on cut or copy file

Description

unusable in this state. I cannot copy or cut files and paste in any other folder. crashes every time

if it happens between a cut and a paste. the cut file is lost.

Steps To Reproduce

cut or copy a file
move to different folder
try to paste
experience a crash

same here, app is crashing constantly on windows 11 24H2 build 26100.4349.
but for me is not directly related to copy and cutting
