Vs. lightgun games fire detection #1964

Hi. In the latest versions, the shot detection does not work well in NES lightgun games (Vs. Duck Hunt, Vs. Hogans Alley, Vs. Gumshoe). I have tried an old version (28-08-24) and it works fine with the same settings than new version.
The shot flickers but it never hits.
In other arcade games like Operation Wolf it works fine as always.
Could it be that I need to delete/reset some setting from my old version?
