API and GPU threads #1657

Hello devs,
Thank you for your work, to say first.
Straight up to issues:

API exports threads, not devs.
Dual threading for AMD as I see it is a must, so the idea is probably to go as additional option gpu_threads or IIRC from a patch - splitting the rawintensity into to separate threads.
