Improve "wrap with child" to add required params (like completions).

The ‘wrap new expression’ feature doesn't add required parameters.

Repro:

• Create new app
• Place cursor in text in line 79
• Hit alt-return
• Select wrap with new
• Type pad + complete

=> completion is missing the padding parameter

I looked at how you did wrapping and hooking in required parameter generation doesn't look straight forward. Hopefully I'm missing something! 🤞

@pq, I'm not sure how one would implement adding required parameters directly to the wrap-assist. It isn't designed to work that way. I'm kinda puzzled why this doesn't "just work" already; seems like when code completion runs it should add the required parameter after the class name is selected. The wrap-assist does not know the class name, by design, keeping the UI simple and non-modal.
