New Airbus SOP is to always start engine 1 first.
FCOM SOP already reflects this. DM me on Discord for refs

I can change the text to say: For this guide, we will begin by starting engine 1 according to Airbus SOP.

Shall we keep the info box regarding differing airline SOPs?

Considering there may be other relevant changes to the SOP based on how we've written things -- it'd be more prudent to do a larger change than something small. IF that's something that interests you?
