Use First Line in File Name

Just starting to use this plugin and really like the concept. One thing I think would be great is a variable for the file name to use the first line of the file. I know a line doesn't exist prior to the file, but maybe this could be a job that runs on the folder or something. Maybe a stretch, but thought I would throw it out there.
