Where is the settings icon?

Hello, thank you for this wonderful script. I was using another script similar to this but found this one more lightweight & fast. I am using both this & the nsfw loader. But in the manga loader, there is no settings icon at the bottom corner, just the page loaded number.

But I get the settings icon in the nsfw loader. Am I missing something here?

Hi ! Yeah, I also posted on GreasyFork for this problem.

Since some times ago, the setting button (gearwheel icon) disappeared on MangaLoader (though it still is present on MangaLoaderNSFW).

Plus, for me, the consequence on Chrome and Firefox are different (on Chrome, MangaLoader loads automatically and on Firefox I have to click on the button « Load Manga » to launch the module).

For me this button is important for 2 things (loading automatically the Manga Loader, choosing the number of pages loaded by default).

If you can fix the issue, it'd really be great.
