Cookie ID

Hey I have a question. The Cookie ID is by a Refresh in the Network Inspector Change. Must I Change the Cookie every Refresh or Every Day or How long is after a Refresh the Cookie ID correct and I must not change it?

just to confirm, I am using the cookie value from the JS script ending clerk_js_version=5.42.1 which starts:
