Cannot load the avatar correctly in self-host Gitlab repository with http protocol

I created a new discussion here cause not sure about category of this. If there is any mistake, I apologize.

The screenshot below shows image with http protocol was prevent due to VS Code's Content Security Policy, is there any possible to support http protocol images in gitlens plugin side?
