If a user does not get cashback or has some other problem. We need to think of a way that this communication can be anonymous.

  1. report problem (in the UI)
  2. generate a message to Glome admin issue tracker
  3. replying to the issue tracker also fires an notification for the user

Good point. I think that we should create a system wide messaging for all this type of interactions and filter the messages according to the need..
