Check if the current domain has any ads

As discussed with Ferenc and Edi, jGlome should support an externally called check if the currently viewed domain has any advertisers.

This check has to be accessible from outside the jGlome scope and called from any browser glue that wishes to do so. For jGlome it is not possible to be both generic and to know when a new URL is opened.
