Bug description

When a ticket is cloned from the application functionality (not with the Behaviors Plugin) neither the documents nor the elements are copied.

With the plugin they are cloned.

Steps To reproduce

  1. Select the ticket and choose the Clone option
  2. Select the cloned ticket and check that neither the documents nor the elements have been cloned.
