Hello, I'm trying to run this file https://github.com/govtrack/govtrack.us-web/blob/master/analysis/sponsorship_analysis.py

But where/how do I construct the input file?

The inputs are the outputs of the bill scraper in https://github.com/unitedstates/congress.
