Overview
This research was part of the UX benchmarking study to identify pain points for two volunteer groups during the organization validation process: 1) L.A. Works volunteers and 2) UCLA students volunteering as part of a course assignment.
Group 1: Synchronous orientation process w/ 30 minutes of Q & A.
Group 2: UCLA students with hybridized format (some async video and slide sharing) w/ 15 minute Q & A.
By conducting this research, we hope to better quantify the experience of two sets of users during the orientation process, inform future studies, and validate changes in the orientation process. Data collection from user interviews, conducted by @bkobak33. Affinity mapping and presentation by author ( @ToledoPHD ) and @stephzh99.
