Overview
Github has a new Projects/Kanban/spreadsheet tool that rolled out in mid-2022. It replaces their (now) "Classic" Projects kanbans and adds new features that would be useful to FOLA.
We investigated this new tool and it sounded useful to us, however, one item (of several) blocks us from migrating: Notes
#1329 (comment)
These notes are currently used to hold lists of reference links for different teams (i.e. Design team has links to our Figma documents). Unfortunately, the new Projects tool doesn't support 'notes', so we'll have to stop using them.
To enable us to migrate in the future, we need to figure out what to do with our column of markdown 'notes', and do it.
Possible solution
We can migrate these notes to either a (public) wiki page or to a private Google Docs document.
